babe-tier: whenever hes in a situation that distresses him, he lets out this high pitched whining noise and his fins will flare and he gets these really big fish eyes and hell just stand there and make that noise until the situation goes away or he gets a hug and if the situation gets worse he just makes a louder, higher pitched noise and he will literally not stop.
